Background & Credit Info
Classically trained on piano from the ages of 8-16 performing in competitions at The Cleveland Music Settlement and The University Of Akron. At age 11, member of Cleveland Orchestra Boy's Choir performing Carl Orff's "Carmina Burana" at The Blossom Music Center. Got first electric guitar from a garage sale at age 16 (much to the chagrin of my Mom) and taught myself how to play. After completing 2 years at Ohio State University's School of Music, moved to Hollywood, CA and graduated from Musician's Institute/Guitar Institute of Technology. Have been signed to 2 independent record labels: Rag Records and Planet Earth Records. Licensed music to Playboy Entertainment for their cable/satellite channel. Composed Title and Credit Cues for Independent Film, "Man's Best Friend" (Maxwell Productions). Signed Development Deal with the Entertainment Law Firm, Madison Law Group and produced ballad for recording artist, Satori. Signed Development Deal with Cornerstone Studios (where Fleetwood Mac recorded their last album) to produce vocalist, Tami Johnson. Went back to school at UCLA Film Scoring Program and composed for Chamber Orchestras, Small Ensembles, Quartets, Quintets and Trios Moved back to Cleveland and created WhitedOut Productions & Studio on Murray Hill. Played live at Murray Hill Art Walks and Sparx Gallery Hops as well as performed "Thee Beatles Medley" with Susan Fletcher at The Abbey Road on the River Festival in Lexington, KY. Licensed music to the first season as the main theme for the Cleveland-produced television series, "Out of Darkness". Also licensed music to Northern Ohio Live Magazine's television show, Live From The Circle as the main theme for a 13 week run on PBS. Recently, I produced harpist, Christina Kline's version of ZZ Top's song, "Give Me All Your Lovin' " for Fox Television's show, "Bones" that aired last year's season finale. |
